LOCATION

MeltWater Studios is located in a renovated historic warehouse at the north end of Bay View in Milwaukee's Harbor District. Situated between I-794 and I-43, MeltWater Studios is only a short drive from downtown Milwaukee and can be easily reached from the surrounding suburbs or as far away as Chicago.

DIRECTIONS

Our entrance and parking area is located off of Marina Drive. Look for the large barn quilt mural on our loading dock.

From I-794: Take the Port of Milwaukee exit. Turn left on Carferry Drive, left on Lincoln Memorial, and left again on Lincoln. At the T, turn left to merge onto Bay Street. Turn right on Allis Street, right on Stewart, and then left on Marina Drive. MeltWater Studios will be on the left after you cross the railroad tracks.

From I-43: Take the Becher-Mitchell exit. Turn right on Becher, left on Kinnickinnic, and then a quick right onto Stewart Street. Turn left on Marina Drive. MeltWater Studios will be on the left after you cross the railroad tracks.

PARKING

Ample parking is available against the east side of the building. An overflow lot is available if additional parking is needed.
